Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 13 Kanun Tanah Negara, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah mewakilkan kepada Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Negeri Pahang kuasa untuk meluluskan pemberian milik kepada Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan mana-mana tanah Kerajaan yang telah diluluskan secara dasar pemberian miliknya kepada Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan oleh Majlis Mesyuarat Kerajaan bagi tujuan tapak Kolej Komuniti di Negeri Pahang.

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the National Land Code, the State Authority has delegated to the Pahang State Director of Lands and Mines the power to approve the alienation to the Federal Land Commissioner of any State land the alienation of which to the Federal Land Commissioner has been approved in principle by the Executive Council for the purpose of Community Colleges in the State of Pahang.
