Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 1211 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 150692, Mukim Kuala Kuantan, WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PAHANG [31hb Mac 2016 350 Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 269090, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai tapak Sistem dan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan, di Projek Perumahan Rakyat (PPRT) Kampung Baru Gambang, di bawah kawalan Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan dan diselenggarakan oleh Ketua Pengarah Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 1211 square metres, known as Lot 150692, Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 269090, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose to wit a site for Sewerage Service and System, at Projek Perumahan Rakyat (PPRT) Kampung Baru Gambang, to be under the control of the Federal Land Commissioner and maintained by the Director General of Sewerage Service Department.
