Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 926 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 167 Seksyen 32, Bandar Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 79891, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai tapak Kawasan Lapang (Padang Permainan Kanak-Kanak), di Lorong Bukit Ubi 26, Bandar Kuantan, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Kuantan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 926 square metres, known as Lot 167 Section 32, Town of Kuantan, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 79891, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PAHANG 31hb Mac 2016] 351 purpose to wit a site for an Open Area (Children Playground), at Lorong Bukit Ubi 26, Kuantan Town, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the President of Kuantan Municipal Council.
