Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 4,987 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 29 Seksyen 08, Bandar Pekan, Daerah Pekan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 102013, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai tapak Pejabat dan Dewan, di Bandar Pekan, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggara oleh Pegawai Daerah Pekan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 4,987 square metres, known as Lot 29 Section 08, Town of Pekan, District of Pekan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 102013, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose to wit a site for the Office and Hall, at Pekan Town, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the Pekan District Officer.
