- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 2400 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 11011, Seksyen 001, Daerah Cameron Highlands yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 261567, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam, iaitu sebagai tapak Kuarters Kakitangan Kerajaan, di Bandar Tanah Rata, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Pahang dan diselenggarakan oleh Pegawai Daerah Cameron Highlands. Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 2400 square metres, known as Lot 11011, Section 001, District of Cameron Highlands as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 261567, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose, to wit a site for Government Staff Quarters, at Bandar Tanah Rata, to be under the control of the Government of Pahang State Secretary and maintained by the Cameron Highlands District Officer.
