Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 393 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 5011, Mukim Rompin, Daerah Rompin yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 120327, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam, iaitu sebagai tapak Sistem dan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan, di Taman Orkid, di bawah kawalan Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan dan diselenggarakan oleh Ketua Pengarah, Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 393 square metres, known as Lot 5011, Mukim of Rompin District of Rompin as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 120327, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose, to wit a site for Sewerage Service and System, at Taman Orkid, to be under the control of the Federal Land Commissioner and to be maintained by the Director General of Sewerage Service Department. Bahawasanya, melalui Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang No. 553 yang disiarkan pada 13 September 1984, Pihak Berkuasa Negeri pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan kepadanya oleh seksyen 62, Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], telah mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 55 ekar terletak di Mukim Gali, Daerah Raub, yang dilakar atas Pelan Ukur yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi suatu rizab bagi maksud tapak Padang Golf, di bawah kawalan Pegawai Daerah Raub. Dan bahawasanya, suatu notis mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan sebahagian perizaban tersebut sebagaimana yang diperuntukan di bawah subseksyen 64(2) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965] telah disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Pahang No. 887 pada 23 Mei 2013; Dan bahawasanya, pada masa dan tarikh yang ditetapkan bagi siasatan, Pegawai Pentadbir Tanah Daerah Raub tidak ada menerima apa-apa bantahan terhadap cadangan tersebut. Maka yang demikian, adalah diisytiharkan bahawa pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri membatalkan sebahagian perizaban tersebut seluas 29.769 ekar (12.05 hektar).

Whereas, by the Government of Pahang Gazette No. 553 published on the 13 September 1984, the State Authority in exercise powers conferred by section 62 of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], has proclaimed the land comprising an area of 55 acres, Mukim of Gali, District of Raub, delineated upon Survey Plan deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose, as site for Golf Course Reserves to be under the control of the Raub District Officer; And whereas, a notice of the proposal to revoke the aforesaid part of reservation as provided under subsection 64(2) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965] was published in the Government of Pahang Gazette Notification No. 887 on the 23 May 2013: And whereas, on the date and time fixed for inquiry, the Raub Land Administrator did not receive any objection to the proposal.
