Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 8079 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 3741, Mukim Beserah, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan Pelan Ukur No. P. A. 81244, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai tapak Kawasan Lapang (Padang Permainan Kanak-Kanak), di Lorong Dato’ Abdul Rashid Salleh 4, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Kuantan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 8079 square metres, known as Lot 3741, Mukim of Beserah, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P. A. 81244, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose to wit a site for Open Area (Children Playground), at Lorong Dato’ Abdul Rashid Salleh 4, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the President of Kuantan Municipal Council.
