Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 4(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 8093.7 meter persegi (2 ekar), yang dikenali sebagai Lot 45 (G.M. 1557), Mukim Mentakab, Daerah Temerloh yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 2317 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Mentakab menurut Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu No. 244 yang disiarkan pada 16 Mac 2006, dibatalkan daripada menjadi sebahagian daripada Kawasan Simpanan Melayu tersebut.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 8093.7 square meters (2 acres), known as Lot 45 (G.M. 1557), Mukim of Mentakab, District of Temerloh as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 2317 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang, which are forming part of Mentakab Malay Reservation Vide the Federated Malays States Government Gazette No. 244 published on the 16 March 2006, to be revoked from forming part of the said Malay Reservation.
