Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 15,482 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 117184, Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 138205, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai tapak Pejabat Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Pahang, di Bandar Indera Mahkota, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 15,482 square metres, known as Lot 117184, Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 138205, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose to wit a site for Office of the Director of Lands and Mines of Pahang, at Bandar Indera Mahkota, to be under the control of the State Secretary.
