Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 4,521 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 11710, Mukim Sungai Karang, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 125227, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai tapak Pusat Harian Kanak-Kanak Istimewa, di Balok Baru, di bawah kawalan Pegawai Daerah Kuantan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 4,521 square metres, known as Lot 11710, Mukim of Sungai Karang, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 125227, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose to wit a site for Special Children’s Daily Centre, at Balok Baru, to be under the control of the Kuantan District Officer.
