Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 4,029 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 100689, Mukim Chenor, Daerah Maran yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 278139, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai tapak Kegunaan Awam (Kawasan Lapang), di Taman Permatang Shahbandar 2, Bandar Jengka, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Pahang dan diselenggarakan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Maran. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 4,029 square metres, known as Lot 100689, Mukim of Chenor, District of Maran as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 278139, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose to wit a site for Public Facilities (Open Area), at Taman Permatang Shahbandar 2, Bandar Jengka, to be under the control of the Pahang State Secretary and maintained by the President of District Council of Maran.
