Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 2,863 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 15334, Mukim Hulu Telom, Daerah Cameron Highlands yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 270093, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai tapak Balai Penghulu Mukim Hulu Telom, di Kampung Raja, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Cameron Highlands.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 2,863 square metres, known as Lot 15334, Mukim of Hulu Telom, District of Cameron Highlands as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 270093, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose to wit a site for a Balai Penghulu Mukim Hulu Telom, at Kampung Raja, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the President of Cameron Highlands District Council.
