Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 2,617 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 20882, Mukim Mentakab, Daerah Temerloh yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 131587, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai tapak Kemudahan Awam (Kawasan Lapang), di Taman Sempalit Permai, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Temerloh.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 2,617 square metres, known as Lot 20882, Mukim of Mentakab, District of Temerloh as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 131587, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose to wit a site for Public Facilities (Open Area) at Taman Sempalit Permai, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the President of Temerloh Municipal Council.
