Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 25.00 hektar, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 41118, Mukim Bentong, Daerah Bentong yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 265671, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam, iaitu sebagai tapak Taman Kekal Pengeluaran Makanan (TKPM) di Kampung Lebu, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Pahang dan diselenggarakan oleh Pengarah Pertanian Negeri Pahang.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 25.00 hectares, known as Lot 41118, Mukim of Bentong, District of Bentong as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 265671, deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose, to wit a site for Taman Kekal Pengeluaran Makanan (TKPM) at Kampung Lebu, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the Director of Agriculture, State of Pahang.
