Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 2623 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 10359, Mukim Sungai Karang, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 109834, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam, iaitu sebagai tapak Kawasan Lapang (Padang Permainan Kanak-Kanak), di Lorong Chengal Lempong Baru 23, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Kuantan.

Opening note

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 2623 square metres, known as Lot 10359, Mukim of Sungai Karang, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 109834, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose, to wit a site for an Open Area (Children Playground), at Lorong Chengal Lempong Baru 23, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the President of Kuantan Municipal Council.
