Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 3.222 hektar, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 28667, Mukim Pulau Tawar, Daerah Jerantut yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 274798, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam, iaitu sebagai tapak Sekolah Menengah Agama Pulau Tawar, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Pengarah Jabatan Agama Islam Pahang. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 3.222 hectares, known as Lot 28667, Mukim of Pulau Tawar, District of Jerantut as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 274798, deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose to wit a site for Sekolah Menengah Agama Pulau Tawar, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the Director of Pahang Islamic Religious Department.
