Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 848 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 26911, Mukim Pedah, Daerah Jerantut yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 259569, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam, iaitu sebagai tapak Sistem Perkhidmatan Pembetungan, di Taman Villa Mutiara, di bawah kawalan Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan dan diselenggarakan oleh Ketua Pengarah Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 848 square metres, known as Lot 26911, Mukim of Pedah, District of Jerantut as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 259569, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose, to wit a site for System and Sewerage Services, at Taman Villa Mutiara, to be under the control of the Federal Land Commissioner and maintained by the Director General of Sewerage Services Department.
