In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 12,144 square metres, known as Lot 43044, Mukim of Luit, District of Maran as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 284152, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose, to wit a site for the Indian Cemetery, at Batu 55, to be under the control of the Maran District Officer and maintained by the Head of Indian Society.
