In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 2,384 square metres, known as Lot 97357, Mukim of Chenor, District of Maran as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 253642, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose, to wit a site for the Open Area (Public Use), at Perumahan FELCRA Bukit Tajau, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the President of Maran District Council.
