Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 80.433 hektar, Mukim Semantan, Daerah Temerloh yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.W. 5170 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi Kawasan Simpanan Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Kemasul (Tambahan).

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang declares the land measuring an area of 80.433 hectares, Mukim of Semantan, District of Temerloh as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.W. 5170 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang to be a Malay Reservation and to be known as Kemasul Malay Reservation (Additional).
