- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 4,365 meter persegi yang dikenali sebagai Lot 100464, Mukim Bera, Daerah Bera yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 283637 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai Tapak Perkuburan Kaum India, di Gugusan FELDA Tembangau, di bawah kawalan Pegawai Daerah Bera dan diselenggarakan oleh Pengerusi Persatuan Kaum India Gugusan FELDA Tembangau.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 4,365 square metres known as Lot 100464, Mukim of Bera, District of Bera as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 283637, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose to wit a site for Indian Cemetery, at Gugusan FELDA Tembangau, to be under the control of the Bera District Officer and maintained by the Chairman of the Indian Association of Gugusan FELDA Tembangau.
