Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 1,841 meter persegi yang dikenali sebagai Lot 16101, Mukim Teriang, Daerah Bera yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 94225 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai Tapak Kawasan Lapang (Padang Permainan Kanak-kanak), di Taman Triang Maju, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Daerah Bera.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring and area of 1,841 square metres known as Lot 16101, Mukim of Teriang, District of Bera as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 94225, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose to wit a site for Open Area (Children’s Playground), at Taman Triang Maju, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the President of Bera District Council.
