- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 5,796 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 28709, Mukim Pulau Tawar, Daerah Jerantut yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 278890, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam, iaitu sebagai tapak Penempatan Program Bina Rumah untuk Golongan Miskin, di Bukit Rang, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Pegawai Daerah Jerantut.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 5,796 square metres, known as Lot 28709, Mukim of Pulau Tawar, District of Jerantut as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 278890, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose, to wit a site for Penempatan Program Bina Rumah untuk Golongan Miskin, at Bukit Rang, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the Jerantut District Officer.
