Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 969 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 16367, Mukim Semantan, Daerah Temerloh yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 135252 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai Tapak Kemudahan Awam (Kawasan Lapang) di Rancangan Rumah Murah (RRM) Bukit Damar, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Pahang dan diselenggarakan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Temerloh.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 969 square metres, known as Lot 16367, Mukim of Semantan, District of Temerloh, as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 135252 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose to wit a site for Public Facilities (Open Area) at Rancang Rumah Murah (RRM) Bukit Damar, to be under the control of the Pahang State Secretary and maintained by the President of Temerloh Municipal Council.
