Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 16,471 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 166154, Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 283184, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai Tapak Kompleks Pejabat Agama Islam Daerah Kuantan, di Indera Mahkota, di bawah kawalan Pengarah Jabatan Agama Islam Pahang.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 16,471 square metres, known as Lot 166154, Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 283184, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose to wit a site for Islamic Religious Office Complex of Kuantan District, at Indera Mahkota, to be under the control of the Director of Pahang Islamic Religious Department.
