Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah sejumlah 72.69 hektar bagi Mukim Mentakab, Daerah Temerloh seperti Nombor Lot dalam ruang (1) Jadual ukuran luas dalam ruang (2) Jadual dan ditandakan dengan garisan tepi berwarna merah di atas Nombor Pelan Ukur di ruang (3) Jadual, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai Lebuhraya Pantai Timur 1, di bawah kawalan Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring a total of 72.69 hectares Town of Mentakab, District of Temerloh, prescribed as Lot Number in column (1) of the Schedule, measurement of an areas in column

of the Schedule and delineated and shown edges in red upon Survey

Plan Number in column (3) of the Schedule, deposited in the Office of the

Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose to wit a site for Lebuhraya Pantai Timur 1, to be under the control of the Federal Land

Commissioner.
