Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 5,533 meter persegi, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 24712, Mukim Pekan, Daerah Pekan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 287849, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai Kegunaan Awam (Tapak Kedai), di Kampung Cenderawasih, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggarakan oleh Pegawai Daerah Pekan. Opening note

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 5,533 square metres, known as Lot 24712, Mukim of Pekan, District of Pekan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 287849, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose to wit a site for Public Use (Shop), at Kampung Cenderawasih, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by Pekan District Officer.
