Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 3029 meter persegi (0.3029 hektar), yang dikenali sebagai Lot 11066 Seksyen 10, Mukim Perak, Daerah Temerloh yang ditandakan di atas Pelan WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PAHANG [15hb Mac 2018 322 Ukur No. P.A. 280315, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai tapak Kemudahan Awam (Padang Bola dan Taman Permainan), di Taman Karpagar, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Pahang dan diselenggarakan oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Temerloh.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 3029 square metres (0.3029 hectare), known as Lot 11066 Section 10, Mukim Perak, District of Temerloh as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 280315, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose to wit a site for Public Facilities (Football Field and Playground) at Taman Karpagar, to be under the control of the Pahang State Secretary and maintained by the President of Temerloh Municipal Council.
