Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 4,069 hektar, yang dikenali sebagai Lot 127278, Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 142976, yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai Tapak Stadium Hoki, di Jalan Terminal Bas Indera Mahkota, di bawah kawalan Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri dan diselenggara oleh Yang Dipertua Majlis Perbandaran Kuantan. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 4.069 hectares, known as Lot 127278, Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 142976, deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for a public purpose to wit a site for the Hockey Stadium, at Jalan Terminal Bas Indera Mahkota, to be under the control of the State Secretary and maintained by the President of Kuantan Municipal Council.
