- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu, Menteri Besar Pahang dengan kelulusan Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan tanah seluas 4,985 hektar (12,251 ekar), Mukim Kuala Kuantan, Daerah Kuantan yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.W. 1559 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang menjadi Kawasan Simpanan Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Paya Dagon.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations Enactment, the Menteri Besar of Pahang with approval of Ruler of the State in Council declares the land measuring an area of 4,958 hectares (12,251 acres), Mukim of Kuala Kuantan, District of Kuantan delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.W. 1559 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang which are forming part of Malay Reservation and to be known as Paya Dagon Malay Reservation.
