Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan tanah seluas 5241 meter persegi yang dikenali sebagai Lot 11067 Seksyen 10, Bandar Temerloh, Daerah Temerloh yang ditandakan di atas Pelan Ukur No. P.A. 280793 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan Pahang untuk maksud awam iaitu sebagai Tapak Bangunan Pejabat dan Dewan Mahkamah Rendah Syariah Temerloh di Bukit Angin, di bawah kawalan Ketua Hakim Syarie Jabatan Kehakiman Syariah Negeri Pahang.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority has reserved a land measuring an area of 5241 square metres known as Lot 11067 Section 10, Bandar Temerloh, District of Temerloh, as delineated upon Survey Plan No. P.A. 280793 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping of Pahang for public purpose to wit a site for the Office Building and Court Hall of Mahkamah Rendah Syariah Temerloh at Bukit Angin, to be under the control of the Syarie Chief Judge of Pahang Syariah Judicial Department.
