In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in the area of Gunong Tempurong and Gunong Gajah, Mukim of

Kampar, District of Kinta described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a public and recreational area and has designated that the State

Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and the reserved land shall be maintained by the Majlis Daerah Kinta Selatan.

REVOCATION OF RESERVATION

Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 261 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Perak bertarikh 8 April 2004, notis telah diberikan mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual sebagai tapak “Cooly Lines”;

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut;

Maka, oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini membatalkan perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.

Whereas, by Notification No. 261 published in the Perak Government Gazette dated 8 April 2004, notice was given of the intention to revoke the reservation of the land described in the Schedule as a site for “Cooly Lines”;

And whereas, no objection to the proposal to revoke the said reservation had been received;

Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], the State Authority hereby revokes the reservation of the land described in the Schedule.
