In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Batu 501/2, Jalan Simpang/Kampung Dew, Mukim of Assam

Kumbang, District of Larut, Matang dan Selama described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a Tapak Pusat Permainan Beradas and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the said reserved land shall be maintained by the Director of

Veterinary Services Department, Perak.

Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Redang Panjang, Mukim Hulu Ijok, Daerah

Selama yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Taman Rekreasi dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri

Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Daerah Selama.
