In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Taman Dovenby, Mukim of Sungai Siput, District of Kuala

Kangsar described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for

Sewerage System and Services and has designated that the Federal Lands

Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Sewerage Services Department.

No.—23700. Area—2072 square metres.

PEMBATALAN PERIZABAN TANAH

(Subsection 64(1))

REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

Bahawasanya melalui Pemberitahuan No. 1229 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 19 Disember 1996, notis telah diberikan mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual sebagai tapak untuk Pejabat Setiausaha Sulit kepada DYMM Sultan Perak;

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut;

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak

Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini membatalkan perizaban tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.

Whereas by Notification No. 1229 published in the State of Perak Government

Gazette on 19 December 1996, notice was given of the intention to revoke the reservation of the land described in the Schedule as a site for a Private

Secretary to H.H the Sultan of Perak;

And whereas no objection to the proposal to revoke the said reservation had been received;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1) of the

National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority hereby revokes the reservation of the land described in the Schedule.

9653 and 9654. Area—294 square metre and 523 square metre.
