In exercise of the powers conferred by Subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority reserves that parcel of land situated in the Wilayah Jeram Mengkuang, Mukim of Bidor described in the Schedule and delineated upon revenue survey plan No. PA 84819 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey, Perak as the site for the System and Sewerage to be maintained by the Sewerage Services Department and controlled by the

Federal Land Commissioner Department.
