Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Kampung Baru Liman Kati, Mukim of Kota Lama Kiri, District of Kuala Kangsar described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for the Temple Building and has designated that the State Secretary of

Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the person or persons appointed from time to time by the

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah

Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Mukim Sungkai, Daerah Batang Padang yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk masjid dan wakaf am dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Agama Islam dan 'Adat Melayu Perak.
