Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh Seksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual hendaklah menjadi suatu Perizaban Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Rizab Melayu Larut Ulu.

Kawasan yang seluas kira-kira 39.9490 ekar dalam Mukim Tupai, Daerah Larut,

Matang dan Selama, bergarisan tepi warna kelabu pada C.P. 28714 yang tersimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Perak.

DECLARATION OF LARUT ULU MALAY RESERVE

In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3(i) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of publication of this

Notification in the State of Perak Government Gazette, the area described in the Schedule shall be a Malay Reservation to be known as Larut Ulu Malay

Reserve.

Jadual

The area of approximately 39.9490 ekar in the Mukim of Tupai, District of

Larut, Matang and Selama, outlined in grey on C.P. 28714 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey, Perak.
