Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Kampung Plang, Mukim Kerunai, Daerah Hulu Perak yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Kuarters dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Pegawai Daerah Hulu Perak.

[Subsection 62(1)]

RESERVATION OF LAND FOR A PUBLIC PURPOSE

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Kampung Plang, Mukim of Kerunai, District of Hulu Perak described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a Quarters and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Hulu Perak District

Officer.
