Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak dalam Mukim Bagan Serai, Daerah Kerian yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Tangki Air Ternaik untuk Rancangan Kerian/Larut dan Matang II dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Lembaga Air Perak. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National

Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Mukim of Bagan Serai, District of Kerian described in the

Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a Raised Water Tank for

Kerian/Larut and Matang II Plan and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Perak Water Board.
