Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Sungai Ular Beting Beras Basah, Mukim Bagan Datoh, Daerah Hilir Perak yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Istiadat Pertabalan DiRaja Kesultanan Negeri Perak dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Pejabat Daerah dan Tanah Hilir Perak. In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Sungai Ular Beting Beras Basah, Mukim of Bagan Datoh,

District of Hilir Perak described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a the Installation of His Royal Highness of The Sultanate of

Perak and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the

District and Land Office of Hilir Perak.
