Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Taman Jana Jaya 3, Mukim Kamunting, Daerah Larut, Matang dan Selama yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Tanah Lapang/Rekreasi dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PERAK 22 [1hb Jan. 2015 tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Perbandaran Taiping.

Daerah—Larut, Matang dan Selama. Mukim—Kamunting. No. Pelan—PW

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Taman Jana Jaya 3, Mukim of Kamunting, District of

Larut, Matang and Selama described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for an Open Space/Recreation and has designated that the

State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Taiping Municipal Council.

District—Larut, Matang and Selama. Mukim—Kamunting. Plan No.—PW

3918 & PW 3919. Lot No.—10427 & 10428. Area—2,363 square metres &

2,526 square metres.
