Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Taman Medan Perwira, Mukim Kamunting, WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PERAK 1hb Jan. 2015] 23 Daerah Larut, Matang dan Selama yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Sistem dan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan dan menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Jabatan Perkhidmatan Pembetungan.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Taman Medan Perwira, Mukim of Kamunting, District of

Larut, Matang and Selama described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a Sewerage System and Services and has designated that the Federal Lands Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Sewerage Services

Department.
