Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI PERAK 24 [1hb Jan. 2015 tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Taman Serai Permata, Mukim Bagan Serai, Daerah Kerian yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk tanah lapang dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Daerah Kerian.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Taman Serai Permata, Mukim of Bagan Serai, District of

Kerian described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for an open space and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Kerian District Council.

Area—2,713 square metres.
