Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Taman Kaya, Mukim Pengkalan Aor, Daerah Larut, Matang dan Selama yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Sekolah Agama Rakyat (Al-Ershadiah) dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Majlis Agama Islam dan ‘Adat Melayu Perak.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National

Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Taman Kaya, Mukim of Pengkalan Aor, District of

Larut, Matang and Selama described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for (Al-Ershadiah) Public Religious School and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Perak Malay Customs and

Islamic Religious Council.
