Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa Negeri telah merizabkan petak tanah yang terletak di Wilayah Jalan Madras, Buntong, Mukim Hulu Kinta, Daerah Kinta yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Kuil Hindu dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Badan Keagamaan atau orang-orang yang akan dilantik oleh Pegawai Daerah Kinta.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land

Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah Jalan Madras, Buntong, Mukim of Hulu Kinta, District of Kinta described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for a

Hindu Temple and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Religious Bodies or persons appointed by the Kinta District Officer.
