In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National

Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority has reserved that parcel of land situated in Wilayah RPA Manong, Mukim of Senggang, District of

Kuala Kangsar described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for Community Centre and has designated that the State Secretary of Perak shall have control of the reserved land and that the reserved land shall be maintained by the Kuala Kangsar Municipal Council.

[Subsection 64(1)]

revocation of Reservation of Land

Bahawasanya, melalui Pemberitahuan No. 1941 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 31 Julai 2014, notis telah diberikan mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual sebagai tapak Penyelidikan Perhutanan;

Dan bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk pembatalan perizaban tersebut:

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak Berkuasa

Negeri dengan ini membatalkan perizaban tanah tersebut sebagaimana yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.

Whereas, by Notification No. 1941 published in the States of Perak

Government Gazette on 31 July 2014, notice was given on the intention to revoke the reservation of the land described in the Schedule as a site for forestry Research;

And whereas, no objection to the proposal to revoke the said reservation had been received;

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred under subsection 64(1)

of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority hereby revokes the reservation of lands as described in the Schedule.
