Kuala Kangsar yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk Kuarters Projek Khas Bekalan Air Luar Bandar RX 02

Sauk dan menetapkan bahawa Setiausaha Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu dan bahawa tanah rizab itu hendaklah diselenggarakan oleh Lembaga Air Perak.
