Preamble

Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Simpang Ampat melalui Pemberitahuan No. 1233 yang disiarkan pada 27 Oktober 1988 dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi sebahagian Rizab Melayu itu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], the Menteri Besar Perak Darul Ridzuan, with the approval of the State Authority, hereby declares that with effect from the date of the publication of this notification in the Government Gazette of Perak, the area described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as Simpang

Ampat Malay Reserve vide Notification No. 1233 published on 20 October 1988 in the State Government of Perak Gazette shall ceased to be part of the

Malay Reserve.

The area approximately 994 square metres in the Town of Sitiawan, District of Manjung outlined in grey on P.W. 3167 deposited in the Office of the

Director of Survey and Mapping, Perak.
