  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(i) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak dengan kelulusan Raja dan Mesyuarat dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan Pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual hendaklah menjadi suatu Perizaban Melayu yang dikenali sebagai Rizab Melayu Beriah Sungai Merah.

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(i) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Bersar of Perak with the approval of the Ruler in Council hereby declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the Perak Government Gazette, the area described in the

Schedule shall be a Malay Reservation to be know as Beriah Sungai Merah

Malay Reserve.
