REVOCATION OF RESERVATION OF LAND

Bahawasanya melalui Pemberitahuan No. 323 yang disiarkan dalam Warta

Kerajaan Negeri Perak pada 25 April 1974, notis telah diberikan mengenai cadangan untuk membatalkan sebahagian perizaban tanah seluas yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual sebagai suatu rizab bagi maksud sebagai Padang Permainan

Awam dan Madrasah yang diselenggarakan oleh Penghulu, Mukim Bota:

Dan Bahawasanya, tiada apa-apa bantahan diterima terhadap cadangan untuk membatalkan perizaban tersebut:

Maka oleh yang demikian, pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 64(1) Kanun Tanah Negara 1965 [Akta 56 tahun 1965], Pihak

Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini membatalkan sebahagian perizaban tersebut seluas yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual.

Gazette on 25 April 1974, notice was given of the intention to revoke part of the reservation of land to the extent described in the Schedule to be a reserve for the purpose Public Playground and Madrasah, to be maintained by the Penghulu Mukim of Bota:

And Whereas, no objection to the proposal to revoke the said reservation has been received:

Now therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 64(1)

of the National Land Code [Act 56 of 1965], the State Authority hereby revokes the part of the reservation of the land to the extent described in the
